Refund policy

Plans are digital products and access is activated immediately after payment, so payments are generally non-refundable. If you were charged twice or payment succeeded but access was not activated, email us with your payment ID and we will fix it or refund the duplicate within 7 working days.

Live mock test sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours notice or refunded if we cancel the session.
